Teardrops of Time

Time is a measurement,
 Giving the illusion of control,
 A metering of reality,
To make sense in our minds,
 The measure of entropy,
 In an imperfect world,
 Where the only continuum,
 Is the constant of change.

 The only real change,
Comes from the craft of creation,
 Where things of the mind,
 Become things of the world,
 From the energy of thought,
And the work of our hands,
Through the doorway of the heart,
To be born beneath the stars.

 All thought is energy,
 All matter is energy,
 The difference between the two,
Is the veil of doubt in our minds,
Torn asunder by the heart,
Letting the light of truth through,
Sparking Creation’s birth,
In the magic of life.

This light of experience,
Shines through all things,
A homeless mother’s eyes,
On this her little girl’s birthday,
Painting her joy onto my words,
Through the light of her heart,
Under the clouds that we share,
 Outside of your door.

 Experiences are things,
 Gifts of timeless love,
 Moments from the heart,
Alive through the eternity of love,
 Moments from the heart,
Adding to the ocean of life,
Just like tear drops of time,
 Into eternity.

Exponentially

What is seen comes from the unseen,
In the birth of a star from darkness,
And the birth of a child from love,
 Yet energy cannot be created,
Simply there are changes in form,
As it does find its way home,
 Coming from God above.

The solid ground which is beneath us,
 Which grants illusion of confidence,
Is made of atoms as thin as the air,
Yet the energy which holds up our feet,
 Creates a balance of states,
 Holding us in place,
With everything on Earth to bear.

 Yet ever more powerful,
 And mysterious all the same,
Is the energy flow between souls,
 With forces measured by faith,
Through time love stands the test,
 Unbound by life or death,
It is the only force keeping us whole.

 Energy will enhane energy,
In physics as well as life,
For a smile turns a spark into a flame,
And a word of strength one shared,
 Is cherished by the heart,
Glifts of time we may impart,
Which never leave a soul the same.

Strings of energy spam the universe,
 Without giving regard to time,
Such is the energy between hearts,
 If one life inspires another,
The other gives several soul hope,
One of those conveys hope to the world,
And you are where this all got its start.

How We Think

 The complexity of the mind,
 He's a wonder beyond compare.
 Energies upon energy,
Enfolded in beauty,
 Enshrined within a temple,
 Our window to everywhere.

 A physical organ,
 Hiding behind each face,
 Though all things physical,
Particles bound by touch of light,
 Holding hands across the void,
 Are mostly empty space.

 These particles each have spin,
 Right or left determine charge,
 Charges building impulses,
 In order and in beauty,
 Sending control through the spine,
 Chosen actions yours and mine.

Yet there is so much more,
There is the mind we cannot see.
There is a soul outside of dimensions,
For there is nothing to measure here,
Held between the heart and the mind,
It is all that is truly dear.

 Eternal energy bound within energies,
 Attuned to the spirit winds,
Born within the heart of God,
For nothing else could make such things,
Yet things have a common fate of ending,
 Whereas our souls only begin.

With all these energies within us,
We sell amidst a sea of thought,
Connected with a universe of souls,
Bonded with a kiss to the heart of God,
Thoughts of love flow to the Song of Life,
Energy from our hearts unto the whole.

Time Wave

 Gravity waves in space,
 Once being undetectable,
 Compressing and stretching reality,
 Have been impossible to perceive,
As a two percent stretch of the road,
 Would be accompanied in hand,
By a two percent stretch in one's stride.

As time is a kindred spirit,
With a nature like gravity and light,
Such waves may come and go,
As days seem longer or shorter,
As there is no rhyme or reason,
In how currents are felt in this river,
 Who's flow is purely illusion.

For there is no meaning to time,
In the things not subject to change,
Which is why we look into the eyes,
Of the soulmate standing beside us,
Faintly conscious of the passing of years,
 Unable to see its presence,
Except in astonishing pictures of the past.

Outside of this bending of image,
 Stands God unyielding to time,
With our pasts and futures before him,
Like photos upon the same table,
Seeing our free will choices tomorrow,
 Before we encounter that sunrise,
Within this movie screen of change.

 As energy pushes upon energy,
Strong gravity affects the course of time,
As does the energy of love,
 Which binds two souls together,
Making each moment become a universe,
 A timeless expense of joy,
 Lost in each other's hearts.

When the wave of love becomes infinite,
Life force burst forth from God's heart,
 Our spirits will be perfected,
Within reality made perfect in peace,
The time wave slows to a stop,
As what we pictured in love becomes real,
The purpose of the heart fulfilled.

Truth of Thought

Creation is only thought,
 Molded into form,
 Taking shape in reality,
 Through imagination and passion,
Just energy impulses in the mind,
Yet so much more in the soul,
And with energy from the heart,
 They become something real.

 For energy is heart,
 Being the emotion of reality,
Being the music of all matter,
For the physical world is of notes,
Things of mass made of energy,
 What atoms truly are,
  Composed of mostly empty space,
 Held together by only love.

And now I sit beside the street,
On the world once made by God,
Near a road of human hands,
 Filled with people riding wheels,
Riding on the dreams of others,
 Who took mostly empty space,
 And formed that into cars,
Changing our world and life forever.

We are just learning of this energy,
Scratching the surface of true nature,
Which takes nothing away from God,
 Only taking his full splendor,
Shining light on this true glory,
 Growing closer unto Him,
With our eyes wider in amazement,
 In all we truly have.

So with all manner of problems,
 And tribulations that befall us,
 We can never stand idle,
 Once knowing true potential,
We can never lose our hope,
 Against the scope of possibility,
For the true meaning of love,
 Is letting go of fear.

The Trick of Darkness

Darkness is the trick of the light,
An illusion of physics in nature,
As every atom not completely cold,
Releases heat in the form of photons,
Making even the darkest of nights,
A dazzling display for the soul.

Darkness is a trick of emotion,
As any heart given the space of peace,
Feels the precious breath of God,
 Imparting the strength of love,
 Within darkness no greater comfort,
Becoming the steadfast joy of faith.

For there is no colorless environment,
Only colors human eyes cannot see,
 As the mind comprehends many,
And the soul is aware of the infinite,
For there are no hopeless endings,
When the heart sees all through love.

For this is the meaning of truth,
As no words contain all truth of meaning,
Since our hands only extend a few feet,
 And reality extends forever,
Our souls not limited by sight,
See all through the light of love.

The Weight of Thought

“The eye can never free what is real, from the throbbing of human time.”
- St. John Paul II from his poem, “Proper Weight”.

Within each person,
Resides something shapeless,
Without form or color,
With all colors and forms,
Loud within its silence,
Without measure in simplicity.

This is something,
Beginning from nothing,
Becoming all things,
The thought residing in us,
Becoming life from us,
Melting light into truth.

Nothing captures this immensity,
Which each soul faces alone,
While trying to express in words,
Exposing glimpses with shards of light,
And all of the colors of the world,
Form a fraction of the palette of thought.

Thought is formed of energy,
As rock is only energy,
Two opposing wills of force,
Resisting blows received,
Until the fire of the heart,
Bends the rock beneath the mind.

Yet the rock is but an image,
Seeming solid in its strength,
Simplicity bonded in energy,
Which yields to the human hand,
As the image within the mind,
Grapples further with the soul.

And yet the rock is one of many,
Among an ocean of human souls,
Forming currents upon this rock,
Warmed in space of the circling sun,
Spinning accurately through the infinite,
Of a thought within God’s mind.

Thought is only energy,
As energy is mass in motion,
Mass in motion carries weight,
Weight deepens wells of perspective,
Drawing the soul within the solitude,
That we may find ourselves.

The Space Between Thought

In the space between breaths,
Moments trickle like sand,
Upon our foreheads,
And between our fingers,
As the light of our eyes,
Casts shadows on the sun.

The world can be seen,
Not in the sounds of colors,
Nor the imagery of what we hear,
But on the reflections around us,
Which can be seen through the eyes,
On the mirrors of our souls.
This is the fuel of inspiration,
Raising flames without heat,
From love within hearts,
For from the fires of passion,
Comes the powers of creation,
From the one creating all.

These images of inspiration,
Form the images of reality,
For all of reality is Energy,
Simply molded into masses,
As Einstein unlocked this truth,
While we made images become real.

As we are creatures of endeavor,
We must endeavor to create,
In giving our gifts back to life,
We build upon our souls,
Becoming all that we can be,
Holding hands beneath the star

Potential

What can be done today,
Is missing from tomorrow,
A challenge overcome,
For challenges to come,
One gives way to the other,
As potential energy realized,
Becomes energy in the real,
Reality around us,
Altering the path to come,
Changing who we are,
Just a bit,
Just a little bit,
For once today is past,
Its ghost escapes our grasp,
Yet the things we have done,
Form ground for things to come,
And if Heaven is a real place,
Then what’s to come is perfect,
Leaving things to do now,
Which only exist in imperfection,
As none will need help in Heaven,
None will require learning,
Nothing will need to be created,
As all will be in perfect beauty,
Forever.

What enters our souls,
Carries greater effect,
Than what enters our bodies,
As changes in who we are,
Form changes in reality,
Forming change in others still,
Stilling the chilling truth,
That everything matters,
Just a bit,
Sometimes more,
For the energy of hidden thought,
Exists in the reality of life,
Showing time in reality,
With no forwards or back,
As all is seen together,
In the reality of this universe,
In the reality of God’s sight,
Beyond the illusion of our vision,
Trapped in the veil of entropy,
Using borrowed breath,
So that in a short space of time,
We gather meaning in purpose,
Gathering souls in our hands,
Adding love to life’s song,
Eternally.

Beyond the Temporal

Where is the soul,
Within this world?
For it can not be measured,
Nor can it be seen,
Yet each soul manifests,
Through a living body.

So if our bodies are here,
Existing in the physical,
Then where do souls reside?
From a place beyond dimension,
God gives us each connection,
Through the touch of life.

So here we are then,
Seeking coffee in the morning,
To pay our bills before evening,
Passing each other in a second,
Each wondering what to feel,
And each asking ,“What is real?”

If our souls are not on Earth,
Where do they roam in dreams?
Reality as it seems,
Where time is out of place,
Giving time to ponder,
Existence outside space.

For all physical is energy,
And God is energy supreme,
With mind and heart perfection,
As we give miracles inspection,
Does not energy change energy?
And with God how perfectly.

We sometimes see a thing,
But was it really there?
A flash of shadow or feeling,
Can send our fears reeling,
When our realms come together,
At their weakest points.

So when we pass from here,
Should we then doubt or fear?
When God stands in all realms,
And we choose Him for life,
We are held safely from the Void,
With reality found in love.
