The Walls of Reality

Through the eyes,
Burning image into stone,
Rules of reality,
Fade into dust,
Energy unto energy,
Through walls of reality,
Reason fades away,
Where love stands strong.

One life fades away,
Song sinks into song,
As a face slides beneath waters,
Silenced under the waves,
Yet silence is the scream,
With voice carried beyond the stars,
And a life not touching others,
Finds contact through the heart.

There is a crack in reality,
Stretching beyond the infinite,
Where the light of every universe,
Shines through brighter than the sun,
Time connecting past and future,
Walking hand in hand with present,
For where the eye closes to sunlight,
All light is truly seen.

That crack runs through the heart,
From which all energy flows,
Giving the heart true vision,
To see beyond time and space,
Where boundaries only beckon,
To defy rules of engagement,
Embracing the scope of possibility,
In the question unanswered.
