Beyond Time and Distance

Our power to resolve is limited,
 The smaller an object is,
More power is needed to see it,
The more we use such power,
The easier the object is destroyed,
Opening a truth to physical reality,
There are no limits too small and large,
Thus there is no such thing as size,
And if there is no such thing as size,
There is no such thing as distance.

 Within our physical illusion,
Time is needed to cross distance,
Yet if distance is not real,
Our illusion is one of change,
Yet in our world of changing,
We except that God is everywhere,
Yet perhaps in all his power,
He has traveled everywhere at once,
 But within our limited strength,
We have been to many places,
So if we remove the factor of time,
We are seen in many places at once.

In this we visit the spiritual,
 Perfected passed our physical weakness,
When we touch the face of God,
Upon leaving the bounds of earth,
 Travel would be a thought,
 Without lumbering our physical bodies,
 Unbound by times constraint,
In the unlimited power of love.

In this we see the truth,
Though trapped by our own senses,
 In this our three dimensions,
 Unable to see the parallels,
Where God’s heart sings in love,
Where life and death are meaningless,
And love has bound all souls,
 Where there are no boundaries,
 To imagination or love,
And in the song of life,
 Impossibility fades away. U

Distance

Distance is the time,
It takes to traverse space,
Yet time is an invention,
Created to measure change,
Velocity is required,
To change place in space,
Yet position and velocity,
Won't measure at the same time.

Yet distance implies size,
Which does not exist in physics,
Though we can only see,
What we can resolve,
Yet it takes energy to see,
Which is the same as matter,
Which Einstein understood,
In his most famous equation.of all.

So what is the matter,
If matter is the same as energy,
As energy adds weight,
To all things with mass?
It is that all things are particles,
Made of energy rotating in strings,
Connected at each end,
To yet other strings of energy.

So as all things are formed,
Of energy in structure,
With energy between them,
In what is seen as empty space,
Then there can be no real distance,
As there is always real connection,
It is if as all things,
Are always face to face.

This is why two hearts together,
Never can be separated,
Even when they are standing,
On continents apart,
For the energy connecting,
Every one of us and God,
Is exactly the reason why,
I can feel your heart.

The Potter's Hands

 In speaking with others,
 Trapped in the day,
 We cannot understand,
 Coming back from tomorrow,
 We cannot perceive,
 Looking forward to the past,
 Within the lineage of moments,
 Waiting all day for tomorrow,
 Imagination lies trapped and stifled,
 Inside a fragment of possibility.

We are given free will to pray,
To God who is outside of time,
Not trapped within pages of the story,
Having to turn one by one,
God sees each spread before him,
 Laid out upon the table,
 Not limited in his focus,
 Seeing decisions before they happen,
Knowing our joy before we feel it,
With patience God waits for us.

 We ask in painful voices,
 For things God already knows,
For needs God has already met,
We just have not seen the answer,
Trapped on the slow path in time,
Trying to catch up to the moment,
Where the answer finally comes clear,
Then we see the power of love,
 Changing reality just like clay,
Being shaped in the potter's hands.

And now comes the hidden truth,
For this love is a power God gave,
Even though we have weak hands,
 The heart never can fail,
As we act in each others lives,
Making change that shakes the earth,
 Spreading like fire between souls,
Which I see burning in your eyes,
Which is why nothing seems impossible,
When I see life through the heart.

Absolute Zero

 Within the absence,
 We are embraced by darkness,
Within the absence,
We are held by the cold,
 On an island of life,
 Surrounded by asphyxiation,
 Where the darkness begins,
 Heartbeats end.

 Within the energy,
 We are embraced by light,
 Within the energy,
 We are held in warmth,
 Transference of light,
 From the radiation of heat,
 And there is nothing hotter,
Then the fire of the heart.

 Within the sorrow,
 We are embraced by loss,
 Within the sorrow,
 All hope departs,
 Illusions become addictive,
 In the spiraling down,
As the soul tries to think,
There is no reason to fight.

 Within the mind,
 We are embraced by wisdom,
 Within the mind,
 We are held by truths,
 In indomitable darkness,
 There is still warmth,
 Then we cannot feel it,
 There is still light,
Though it be too dim to see.

 Within the universe,
We are embraced by change,
 Within the universe,
 We are held in confusion,
 There are no constants,
 Except for God,
 Even at absolute zero,
 Energy thrives.

 Within each particle,
Embraced by zero point energy,
 Within each particle,
 There is viberation of life,
 The quantum fluctuation,
 Between position and velocity,
 Fills each point in space,
 With the energy of mass.

 Within each circumstance,
Embraced by hopelessness,
 Within each circumstance,
We are held in the truth of love,
 The moment never is final,
 There is nothing conclusive,
 For wherever there is life,
 There is only love.

Truth of Thought

Creation is only thought,
 Molded into form,
 Taking shape in reality,
 Through imagination and passion,
Just energy impulses in the mind,
Yet so much more in the soul,
And with energy from the heart,
 They become something real.

 For energy is heart,
 Being the emotion of reality,
Being the music of all matter,
For the physical world is of notes,
Things of mass made of energy,
 What atoms truly are,
  Composed of mostly empty space,
 Held together by only love.

And now I sit beside the street,
On the world once made by God,
Near a road of human hands,
 Filled with people riding wheels,
Riding on the dreams of others,
 Who took mostly empty space,
 And formed that into cars,
Changing our world and life forever.

We are just learning of this energy,
Scratching the surface of true nature,
Which takes nothing away from God,
 Only taking his full splendor,
Shining light on this true glory,
 Growing closer unto Him,
With our eyes wider in amazement,
 In all we truly have.

So with all manner of problems,
 And tribulations that befall us,
 We can never stand idle,
 Once knowing true potential,
We can never lose our hope,
 Against the scope of possibility,
For the true meaning of love,
 Is letting go of fear.

The Trick of Darkness

Darkness is the trick of the light,
An illusion of physics in nature,
As every atom not completely cold,
Releases heat in the form of photons,
Making even the darkest of nights,
A dazzling display for the soul.

Darkness is a trick of emotion,
As any heart given the space of peace,
Feels the precious breath of God,
 Imparting the strength of love,
 Within darkness no greater comfort,
Becoming the steadfast joy of faith.

For there is no colorless environment,
Only colors human eyes cannot see,
 As the mind comprehends many,
And the soul is aware of the infinite,
For there are no hopeless endings,
When the heart sees all through love.

For this is the meaning of truth,
As no words contain all truth of meaning,
Since our hands only extend a few feet,
 And reality extends forever,
Our souls not limited by sight,
See all through the light of love.

Requirements

It all depends on what you are looking for.
I wrote this walking to this place, perhaps it was what I was looking for.

The canvas I hold is nothing,
Without the colors to paint a scene.
The palette you hold is nothing,
Without the canvas to show the dream.

The sun would be cold dark gas,
Without a spark to ignite the flame,
A spark could never last,
Without fuel to carry the flame.

The salt of the earth would explode,
If only the sodium were there,
With the poison of chloride unchecked,
None would survive to care.

Without change there could be no time,
As there would be no differences to measure,
Yet the difference teaches beauty to hearts,
In choosing beauty there is Heaven to treasure.

Spatial dimensions teach us perspective,
Though we can only see a trace,
The infinite confounds us,
Only time can limit space.

Time is an illusion,
The physical breeds confusion,
When lost from true perspective,
Concealing truth's objective,
With each other near and far,
Tracking towards the Infinite,
Here we discover who we are.

Slipping Through

The structure of solid matter is mostly empty space, with each atom having great gulfs of distance between the nucleus and each electron in orbit.  What if there was a slight change in that bond?

Solid ground,
Such a delicate thing,
Atoms bound,
On an energy string,
Delicate bonding,
Lighter than air,
But you don’t care,
You don’t care.

Take for granted,
What you can see,
Not foreseeing,
What could be,
A slight imbalance,
In the weak embrace,
And nothing holds you,
In time and space.

Flaming,
Raining,
Sight and sound,
Burning,
Turning,
No up and down,
Dreaming,
Screaming,
No dark or light,
No hot or cold,
Left or right.

Hands of time,
The sweetest peace,
No reason rhymes,
No sweet release,
The void within,
Is hope without,
No leverage point,
To turn about.

Matter’s grip,
Slipping fast,
A vision scene,
Through quantum glass,
The Earth dissolves,
All faces gone,
Dimensions shatter,
Fall through matter.
Faster,
Faster,
Falling,
Falling,
Senses shattered,
Time is scattered,
Flaming,
Flaming,
Through energies fall,
Nothing,
Nothing,
Brightness of black,
Silence of scream,
No going back,
Inescapable dream.

No up or down,
Left or right,
Light or dark,
In endless flight,
In freefall up,
Through sky below,
Reality gone,
No soul could know.

Our grip is weak,
To earthly world,
One tiny slip,
Through darkness hurled,
Our only grip,
Right from the start,
Comes through love,
Through the heart.

Flaming,
Raining,
Sight and sound,
Burning,
Turning,
No up and down,
Living,
Loving,
The only way,
The balance holds,
The living day.

The Weight of Thought

“The eye can never free what is real, from the throbbing of human time.”
- St. John Paul II from his poem, “Proper Weight”.

Within each person,
Resides something shapeless,
Without form or color,
With all colors and forms,
Loud within its silence,
Without measure in simplicity.

This is something,
Beginning from nothing,
Becoming all things,
The thought residing in us,
Becoming life from us,
Melting light into truth.

Nothing captures this immensity,
Which each soul faces alone,
While trying to express in words,
Exposing glimpses with shards of light,
And all of the colors of the world,
Form a fraction of the palette of thought.

Thought is formed of energy,
As rock is only energy,
Two opposing wills of force,
Resisting blows received,
Until the fire of the heart,
Bends the rock beneath the mind.

Yet the rock is but an image,
Seeming solid in its strength,
Simplicity bonded in energy,
Which yields to the human hand,
As the image within the mind,
Grapples further with the soul.

And yet the rock is one of many,
Among an ocean of human souls,
Forming currents upon this rock,
Warmed in space of the circling sun,
Spinning accurately through the infinite,
Of a thought within God’s mind.

Thought is only energy,
As energy is mass in motion,
Mass in motion carries weight,
Weight deepens wells of perspective,
Drawing the soul within the solitude,
That we may find ourselves.

Winds of Time

I just wrote this sitting here waiting for my wife so we can commute home together.  What is the title?  Breath of Life?  Breath of Time?  The Silence of Music?

The breath of life,
From the lips of wisdom,
Began the winds of time,
One heart beat first,
A fiery hearth,
Of intellect and love,
Below,
Around,
And above,
Uncontained,
Beyond limits,
Beyond imagination,
And beyond scope,
Bringing Creation to being,
Just for delight,
Bringing stars to mark,
The endless dead of night,
Bringing spirals of light,
From beneath the midnight sea,
Bringing the world to birth,
So He could bring you to me.

All of creation is a mirror,
Just a looking glass,
We are only aware of apparent,
Seen through the blindness of our eyes,
Barely beyond the skies,
For the limitless lies within,
Space upon space,
In infinitely smaller size,
For there is no small,
There is no size,
And in the Continuum of Love,
Creation is the joy,
Universes on Universes,
Within the same space,
Ourselves overlapping existence,
Standing in the same place,
Actions separated by time,
Time being just an illusion,
We perceive reality in slices,
To make sense of it all,
Rising since the fall,
God’s hand stretched out in love,
As we reach up to Him

To Buy Time

Some people do not believe in God, but still consider that actions from
an all powerful God would be miraculous in nature.  If one is all powerful, then actions
performed are actions in my mind.  What is miraculous to me is when the seemingly
impossible is done through human hands and I have observed many examples.  With that
in mind I will continue to smile, continue to believe, and continue to do wonderful
things until the day I meet the Greatest Miracle.

Can time be manipulated?
And what if it could be?
For particles without mass alter time,
As gravity sends and bends its passing,
Photons permeate through it,
As light’s speed is everlasting,
Or is it?

Can light be slowed as it goes?
Perhaps if light were not light,
Exerting weight through the night,
Both in particles and in waves,
In quantum flux as one force,
Joining force with particles of time.

Binding such particles,
Both forward and back,
Changing spin for polarity,
In one solution’s singularity,
What if we could buy a past day,
Or take up future’s slack?

What is such a day worth,
Or even just a moment?
Words for someone no longer here,
Or time bought to find a cure,
So less souls would have to endure,
The path of pain towards death,
Full of darkness and of fear.

One could ask someone to come,
If there is hope to be,
Or for more hours together,
Two souls in Love’s tether,
A message of pure love,
For all to see.

Possibilities do not end,
To love,
To have,
To live,
To hate,
For finding,
For feeling,
For seeing,
For believing,
Just words…
All just words,
Which plant seeds.

Yet the Guide through darkness,
Leads all of us ahead,
We can hear His words,
Not seeing what He sees,
Feeling His hand on ours,
Is worth more than all said,
As Eternity is real,
As is endless scope from the Divine,
For with God within our hearts,
Who needs to buy time?

The Eternal Song

One cannot fall asleep in a dream,
While in reality we think we're awake,
As time passing surrealistic,
Never follows rules of patterns,
When a moment falls like glass,
Shattering into hours,
And an hour rises like a rocket,
Disappearing in a moment.

Within our dreams we see reality,
Though we cannot touch or be touched,
Within the day reality is a dream,
With all things mistaken physical,
Being mostly of empty space,
Just energy in bonds of relation,
Across the gulf of time,
Comprising our bodies in place.

Our illusions becoming shattered,
When circumstance brings destruction,
A life unto a life dispelled,
Bringing grief like none can tell,
Or the fires of change rearranging,
Making hard work all for naught,
Yet we should never be distraught,
For energy cannot be destroyed.

Floating in the nothing of everything,
One thing makes reality real,
An energy beyond contemplation,
For love is the fuel of creation,
Bringing gardens out of dust,
And beating hearts out of a union,
Making sense out of confusion,
For love is the eternal song.

The Unfolding

Dimensions are defined,
In simple ways,
Limited to the confines,
Of the mind.

In unmeasured ways,
Beyond our dreams,
The scope of truth,
We may find.

Each dimension a concept,
In which we explore,
Limitless measurements,
Of height.

Yet darkness conceals,
The limits of length,
Most difficult to see,
At night.

If dimensions are concepts,
We must never limit,
Life’s true scope,
From above.

For the greatest of these,
Is the energy that binds,
It is pure truth,
The concept of love.

Just as with length,
Love is accepted,
Existing in purity,
Without end.

The purity of love,
Strength unfettered,
In Heaven’s light,
Life does send.

Both light and heat,
Dimensions embodied,
Are some pure concepts,
Which to explore.

When darkness is king,
Never feel forsaken,
For within God’s blessings,
Life always gives more.

The Elastic Ruler

When do we awake?
Where do we sleep?
For when we sleep,
Hours are but seconds,
And when we awake,
Moments turn to hours,
So is time measured,
As we measure distance?
For a mile is a mile,
How often traveled,
Yet distance is arbitrary,
In considering time,
Our view is in relation,
To the rhythm of the Earth,
As the sun falls and rises,
While we travel round her,
Our view is an illusion,
Obscured by entropy,
As we measure decay,
In our world and in us,
For life is like a room,
We can see the wall before us,
Yet by looking through the window,
The whole room is seen at once,
If God is looking in on time,
He sees our free will actions,
Long before we decide to act,
Knowing the true beauty of living,
Paints a picture without end,
So behold the young lady,
Standing before you in beauty,
When sixty years pass by,
Has her beauty really changed?
She stands as lovely as always,
Yet to see past time’s illusion,
Takes the power of vision,
That is only in the heart,
Which sees life clearly,
For all of our lives are one,
Which is a truth so easily seen,
As one life effects another,
Whom travels beyond the shore,
For behold the English farmer,
Loved within his village,
He touched his son with life,
Who then took it forth to others,
Reaching many more in music,
The many affect each other,
Along with influence of others,
And the others who lived before,
Have never really departed,
Though entropy’s illusion,
Will hide their faces from us,
Sons touched by grandfathers,
Daughters with their mothers fire,
As King David felt Joseph’s heart,
Joseph feeling Adam and Eve,
Adam and Eve still feel God.

The Temporal Lie

Feet are never facing down,
While walking upon the Earth,
Gravity gives us that illusion,
To help deal with confusion,
But not with the physical,
Which seems physical all the time,
Yet touched upon in messages,
Upon the walls of time.

These corridors we travel,
Backpedaling forward,
As none can travel forward,
In a continuum of all directions,
Though trapped within the moment,
We stride within our race,
Constricted within illusion,
From the magnificence of space.

Our words are meaningless sounds,
In which meanings are agreed,
As we relate within confusion,
An ocean of distractions,
In the quest of life truths,
For only ideas can be pure,
As we sort with borrowed breath,
Dividing the clear from the obscure.

Observed walls of dimensions,
Are but a paper house,
Thinly veiling the incalculable,
Within the continuous unheard howling,
Beyond which the Absolute,
Existing from before the start,
Orchestrates music of infinity,
From love within the heart.

And so we see ourselves,
A brief flicker in the darkness,
Yet the truth is in the heart,
Our souls will ever shine,
Adding to eternal music,
Though we thought we could never,
For our every thought and deed,
Shapes life’s song forever.

The Infinate Singularity

How is a universe like a life?

Without dimension or light,

Infinite potential,
All history contained,
Reality pours forth,
In an explosion of light,
All directions explored,
In harmonic symphony,
Filled with mystery,
In voids of darkness,
Yet the voids are a shroud,
Concealing dimensions,
To the three we perceive.

Yet such is a life,
An explosion of creation,
Self willed inspiration,
Setting into motion,
Forever’s being,
With much unseen,
Through voids of purpose,
Though the heart is in motion,
With meaning becoming clear,
In the reflection of our universe,
Which does differ from a life,
As our universe may have bo
